Foundry Dhaka is a bespoke software and AI solutions studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It started with a simple idea - what if a small group of people could build really good softwares, work with people they actually enjoy, and still have a life outside of it?

We’re a team of young builders working for global startups. Foundry Dhaka is a lifestyle business, not a massive agency, not trying to become one either. Just a few creative people who like solving difficult problems and building things that feel right, look good. Over time, we realized we didn’t want the usual path of endless scaling, constant hiring, chasing bigger numbers for the sake of it. That never felt like the goal.

So we built Foundry differently.

We keep things small on purpose. It lets us focus, stay efficient, and actually care about the work we do. We choose the projects we take on, and we work closely with the people behind them. It’s less “client and agency” and more like building something together.

Sometimes people come to us for something simple—a website, a tool, an idea. And sure, a lot of things can be done quickly these days with AI. But we don’t like stopping at “good enough.” We think about how it feels to use, how it could be better, what would make someone pause and appreciate it. That extra layer is where we spend most of our time.

Other times, it’s more complex—systems, automations, messy workflows. That’s where things get interesting. We bring you into the process, keep things open, and figure it out together instead of disappearing and coming back with something you didn’t expect.

At the end of the day, we’re not chasing some big finish line. We just want to do good work, earn honestly, and enjoy the process. And if we can make your life a little easier along the way, then that’s a win for everyone.
